Who Are We?

ICB Medical is a Podiatric based company manufacturing and distributing a range of biomechanical treatment products including heat moulding orthotics and biomechanics assessment instruments for the practitioner marketplace.

ICB Medical was started by practitioners - we understand the needs of clinicians and so through our Research and Development Department we are continually developing products to assist and support our customer base in an endeavour to deliver the best biomechanical treatment products in the marketplace.

ICB Medical has had a short history being incorporated since July 2000, however its principals have had over 14 years working within the field of biomechanics and the company is a holder of a patented technology in the form of its Dual Density heat moulding orthotic range of products.

Rod Kielt is one of the co-founders and is currently the Managing Director of ICB Medical.

Rod has a background in sales, marketing and distribution of products within the Pharmaceutical, Supermarket and Medical markets since 1975 and is a trained Remedial Therapist specialising in Biomechanics.

Involved with a number of multi-national companies, Rod has a diversity of knowledge in each of these markets and is well acquainted with new project ventures and product launches.

During the period 1991-1995, Rod was the Australian Distributor of Australian Orthotic Laboratories (AOL) products - a national manufacturing and distribution company supplying a range of orthotic devices to Retail Pharmacy, selected Shoe Stores, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Doctors.  Rod has had vast experience with a variety of family owned companies and has been the architect of many new product launches into both the medical and retail marketplaces.
