Ordering & Payment

Do I need to have a Paypal account to order online?

No, you do not need to have a Paypal account. Once you have confirmed your order you will be directed to the Paypal website, where you can use your credit card to make payment.

Do I need to pay for my order before they are dispatched?

Yes, all orders are marked pending until payment is made. Orders that are not paid for at the time of placement will be not processed.

What currency can I pay in?

All prices shown are in Australia Dollars.

Shipping & Delivery

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Australia and all other countries that do not have a local distributor.
Click here to find your local distributor.

If there is not a distributor listed for your country of residence, shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart-based on the amount of items ordered and delivery address.

How much does delivery cost?

Within Australia:
Sydney Metropolitan Area = $7.70
Rest of Australia = $12.10

Rest of the World:
Cost is calculated automatically calculated in the shopping cart, based on the delivery address.

What happens if no-one is at the delivery address to accept delivery?

Deliveries within Australia are generally made by courier. If there is no-one at the address to sign for the shipment, a ‘Sorry we missed you-card will be left with a number to call to arrange delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries within the Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metropolitan areas are usually 1-2 working days. Deliveries to all other areas of Australia (including regional) are usually made within 1-5 working days.

These time frames provided are a guide only and may be affected by weather, and courier delays.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address, or add multiple addresses in ‘Your Account‘ (you must be logged into the Online shop to change or edit your account information).

What if my order has not arrived?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days from the date of your order, please send an email to: info@icbmedical.com or call us on 02 9545 4769.

ICB does not refund for incorrect choice. Exchanges are permitted, however the original item must be returned to ICB in good working order (at the customers expense) before the replacement item can be dispatched.

ICB will exchange items that are deemed to be faulty. Any items must be returned to ICB for inspection before the product can be exchanged.
