Podiatrist, co-founder and co-inventor of the ICB Dual Density orthotic, Abbie is currently the Managing Director of ICB Gait & Posture Clinics, with a focus on patients with lower limb biomechanical dysfunction. Abbie has been in private practice since 1990 giving him extensive experience in the prescription and application of orthotic therapy. Abbie has treated in excess of 120,000 patients in his clinics located across Australia and is a renowned lecturer, travelling around the world teaching the ‘NAS Assessment Technique’, developed in the ICB Gait & Posture Clinics.  

With such vast experience, Abbie lectures internationally to Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Doctors, Orthopaedic Surgeons and Rehabilitation Doctors. Abbie’s extensive practical experience as a clinical Podiatrist, has enabled him to identify the needs of practitioners and patients alike, to ultimately achieve positive treatment results.

Rod Kielt 
Managing Director 
Mr Rod Kielt is co-founder and co-inventor of the ICB Dual Density orthotic concept and is currently the Managing Director of ICB Medical. Rod has a background in sales, marketing and distribution of FMCG products within the Pharmaceutical, Supermarket and Healthcare markets and is a trained Remedial Therapist specialising in Biomechanics. Involved with a number of multi-national companies, Rod has a diversity of knowledge in each of these markets and is well acquainted with new project ventures and product launches.  

Rod has been successfully involved in numerous well known product brand launches within the Australian and international markets. His extensive expertise has been utilised in building ICB into one of the largest orthotic brands in the healthcare market.
